Another star wedding is on the
cards with actress Ann Augustine and young cinematographer Jomon T John set to
tie the knot next year.
Ann's
father and actor Augustine confirms the news. "We are planning the
engagement for January next year and the wedding later on," he says,
adding that the two families had met sometime last month to confirm the wedding.
Sources close to the
duo say that the two had met on the sets of V K Prakash's Poppins,
in which Jomon was serving as the DOP. Incidentally, both have completed their
education in Bangalore
While both Jomon and Ann could not be
reached for comment, Augustine tells us, "It's a proper arranged
marriage." The cinematographer has had a dream run in M-Town, with films
such as Beautiful, Thattathin Marayathu and Ayaalum
Njanum Thammil. He's currently filming Dulquer Salmaan's ABCD.
Ann too is busy with a number of projects, with Da
Thadiyaset for release in December. She is currently filming Rebecca
Uthup Kizhakemala, in which she plays an athlete.
Interestingly,
the wedding of actor Asif Ali, with whom Ann was linked up earlier, is also set
for next year.
